      Minimum requirements for the provision of the service<\/h3>\n

      The provision of any service to a retail client requires the prior signing of the corresponding agreement. In addition, certain investment services require other prior requirements, such as:<\/p>\n

      Reception, transmission and execution of orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Provision of the necessary information to carry out \u201cclient identification\u201d in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        When the service involves complex financial instruments, completion of the Appropriateness Test.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Discretionary portfolio management<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • \n

          Provision of the necessary information to carry out \u201cclient identification\u201d in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          In all cases, completion of the Suitability Test is required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments<\/strong><\/p>\n
