In addition, Mr. Javier de la Parte holds the position of General Manager of IM Valores, SV, S.A.

The appointments of the members of the Board of Directors of IM Valores have been approved by the Appointments and Remuneration Committee established within its parent company, CIMD, S.A., with the proposal being submitted, where applicable, to the CNMV for its non-objection.

All members of the Board of Directors of IM Valores, SV, S.A., as well as its general managers or equivalent, have sufficient knowledge and experience to perform their duties. They also meet the requirements of commercial and professional good repute necessary to exercise sound governance.

Positions on the Board of Directors of IM Valores, SV, S.A. are remunerated in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association. However, all of its members maintained an employment relationship with the Company or with another entity of the CIMD Group during 2025, and accordingly accrued the remuneration detailed in Note 27 of the notes to the financial statements for the 2025 financial year.
